Refund Policy

Return requests are accepted during the 30 days following delivery. Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible defective or non-defective products; a non-defective item must remain new and unused.

Contact us for approval before sending the parcel. The package contains a free prepaid return label. No restocking fee applies.

Once the approved return is received and inspected, we process and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take longer to display the credit.
